As a BuicerCar service provider, you agree to:
Customer Service: Providers must maintain a minimum 4.0-star rating and respond to customer messages within 2 hours during business hours.
BuicerCar operates on a commission-based model for service providers:
Payment Protection: BuicerCar holds customer payments in escrow until service completion and customer satisfaction is confirmed.
Important: Any attempt to bypass BuicerCar's payment system or solicit direct payments from customers will result in immediate account termination.
Maintaining high quality standards is essential for all BuicerCar service providers:
Quality Bonus: Providers maintaining a 4.8+ star rating for 3 consecutive months qualify for reduced commission rates and featured listing positions.
BuicerCar reserves the right to suspend or terminate service provider accounts for:
Notice: BuicerCar will provide 14 days' notice for termination due to performance issues, except in cases of fraud or legal violations where immediate termination may occur.
