1. You provide the part number or description of what you need
2. We source the part from our international suppliers
3. The part is shipped via air or sea freight depending on size/urgency
4. We clear the part through customs and deliver to your location

The entire process typically takes 2-6 weeks depending on origin and shipping method.

The total cost includes:

• Purchase price of the part
• Shipping and insurance costs
• Import duties and taxes (typically 20-35% of CIF value)
• Customs clearance fees
• Our service fee (10% of part cost)

We provide a detailed cost breakdown before you commit to any purchase.

For every part we source:

• We provide detailed photos from multiple angles
• For used parts, we obtain mileage/usage information
• Our inspectors verify the condition before purchase
• We can arrange a video call to show you the part live
• For new parts, we verify they are genuine OEM or quality aftermarket

Our warranty policy depends on the part type:

• New OEM parts: Typically come with manufacturer warranty (6-12 months)
• New aftermarket parts: 3-6 month warranty from supplier
• Used parts: 30-day warranty against defects
• Rebuilt parts: 3-6 month warranty from rebuilder

We handle all warranty claims on your behalf if issues arise.

We take several steps to ensure compatibility:

• We verify the exact make, model, year and trim of your vehicle
• For OEM parts, we cross-reference part numbers
• For aftermarket parts, we check compatibility lists
• We can consult with your mechanic if needed
• We provide a fitment guarantee on all parts we supply

If a part doesn't fit (due to our error), we'll cover return shipping and source the correct part.
