Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Drive Now, Buy Later program work?

Our program allows you to take a car home for an extended test drive period (4 weeks) with a nonrefundable deposit. During this time, you can thoroughly evaluate the vehicle. If you decide to purchase, your deposit is applied to the purchase price. If not, simply return the car.

What is required to participate in the program?

To participate, you'll need:

  • A valid Ghanaian driver's license
  • Proof of insurance (or you can purchase through us)
  • A nonrefundable deposit (typically 10-20% of the car's value)
  • Completed application form
Are there any mileage restrictions?

Yes, we allow up to 1,500 km per week of the trial period. Additional mileage will incur a small fee (GH₵10 per km). This helps maintain fair wear and tear on our vehicles.

What happens if I damage the car during the trial?

The car is fully insured during the trial period, but you'll be responsible for any damages not covered by insurance (typically the insurance excess amount). We conduct a thorough inspection before and after the trial period.

Can I extend the trial period if I need more time?

Yes, in most cases we can extend the trial period for an additional week or two, depending on demand for the vehicle. There may be an additional deposit nonrefundable required for extensions.
